Returns


1. Cooling-off period & registration

For returns: please notify us in advance via email at info@shenqimed.nl.

  • You have 14 days after receipt to withdraw your order without giving reasons (consumers).
  • Report your return within this period by email (info@shenqimed.nl) with: order number, item(s), reason (optional).


2. Return

  • After registration, you have 14 days to return the product.
  • Pack undamaged and complete, preferably in the original packaging. Include the packing slip/invoice (copy).
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake or the product arrived defective.


3. Refund

  • We will refund within 14 days of cancellation via the original payment method.
  • We may wait with the refund until we have received the shipment or you prove that it has been sent.
  • In the event of a decrease in value due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature, characteristics, and operation, we may apply a deduction.

4. Exceptions (no returns possible)

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene/health reasons and whose seal has been broken (e.g. cosmetics, bandages, medical devices that come into contact with the body).
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Custom-made/personal products.
  • Business purchases (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Defective or incorrect item

  • Report defects or incorrect delivery within 48 hours of discovery via info@shenqimed.nl with photos and order number.
  • We provide a suitable solution: replacement, repair, or refund.


6. Exchange

  • You can exchange the item by returning it (following the steps above) and reordering the desired item.
