Returns


1. Reflection period & registration

For returns: please notify us in advance by email at info@shenqimed.nl.

  • You have 14 days after receipt to cancel your order without giving any reason (consumers).
  • Please report your return within this period by email (info@shenqimed.nl) with: order number, item(s), reason (optional).


2. Return

  • After registration you have 14 days to return the product.
  • Pack undamaged and complete, preferably in the original packaging. Include a copy of the packing slip/invoice.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless we made a mistake or the product arrived defective.


3. Refund

  • We will refund you within 14 days of cancellation via the original payment method.
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the shipment or you prove that it has been sent.
  • In the event of a decrease in value due to use that goes beyond what is necessary to assess the nature/characteristics/functioning, we may apply a deduction.

4. Exceptions (no returns possible)

  • Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene/health reasons and whose seal has been broken (e.g. cosmetics, bandages, aids that come into contact with the body).
  • Perishable goods or items with a limited shelf life.
  • Customised/personalised products.
  • Business purchases (B2B), unless otherwise agreed in writing.


5. Defective or incorrect item

  • Please report defects or incorrect deliveries within 48 hours of discovery via info@shenqimed.nl, including photos and order number.
  • We will provide a suitable solution: replacement, repair or refund.


6. Exchange

  • You can exchange the item by returning it (following the steps above) and re-ordering the desired item.
